Ouro Preto

In our trip to Ouro Preto we had a lot of fun. On the first day, we flew by plane and visited a mine! It was so nice and, at night, we ate pizza and watched Congada, a common dance of the town. We learned a lot about churches and barroco art on the second day, we visited two churches, and our guide explained everything for us, and at night, we had a party at the hotel.

On the third day, we went to the last church and to the Jeje Mine! It was tiny and dark, but we loved it. The guide told us about the slaves and gave us a fright when we were leaving. We also went to our second hotel, Engenho, and went to Caraça to have dinner.

The best part of the trip was at the Caraças Park. We listened to a ghost history and there was a game where we had to find who killed the victim. The girls screamed a lot and it was so funny.

On the fourth day we were sad to leave, because we just loved travelling with our friends to Ouro Preto. But we had to go.

Who stayed also had a lot of fun, they visited the center of São Paulo.

We have learned a lot from this trip and everybody is missing September.
